Join Community Bible Church for our Walk for Water, raising funds to build an accessible water source and filtration system for our friends in Seje, Kenya, Africa.

 

We have partnered with Water Missions International for construction of the water filtration system. They are an engineering relief and development Christian non-profit organization. Its engineers, staff and volunteers design and provide sustainable, safe water solutions worldwide and in more than 40 developing countries. Get your friends and family together to form a team to start raising money. This will be a fun filled event that will make a difference in someone else’s life.

Walk to raise money and awareness for the global water crisis!

  • The walk will take place Saturday, June 23rd from 9am to noon.
  • BYOB (Bring Your Own Bucket) and walk 4km to fetch water.
  • We will start at Community Bible Church, walking 2 km to a water source and back another 2 km to the church.

To celebrate your fundraising efforts as a community, the walk will be followed by a BBQ and closing ceremonies at the church. All are welcome at the BBQ. This will be a paid event.

Not able to participate in the walk? You can make a donation online or come out for the BBQ June 23rd and make a donation on site.
